We’re all familiar with the standard Chesapeake favorites: Crabs and Old Bay®. Rockfish and lemon butter. Crab cakes and tartar sauce.

The bounty of the Bay presents plenty of delectable combinations. But what about oysters and wine?

Join us for a delightful afternoon to learn (and taste) how this unconventional pair is perfect together.

The afternoon will feature:

  • A variety of wines paired with a selection of Chesapeake Bay farmed oysters.
  • Chesapeake Bay-themed hors d’oeuvres.
  • Live music.
  • Authentic Smith Island Cake paired with the perfect bubbly.
  • Representatives from three Eastern Shore aquaculture farms.
  • Policy experts and scientists available to answer all your oyster questions.
  • News and information about the new Chesapeake Oyster Alliance.

Tickets are $35. Space is limited and advance registration is required.
